An hour just for you! These sessions are for those that want to be pushed to see what they’re capable of. I will find your weaknesses, and build on your strengths. Fitness assessment’s are carried out in order for me set goals for you. I will help with changing to a healthy eating lifestyle, provide home workout routines tailored to you and record your body measurements to mark your progress.
If you’re after weight loss, full body toning and increased strength you don’t have to be a member of a gym, I can train you at home, a location of your choice, or my recommendation depending on your goal. (please email me for availability and scheduling of your sessions)
