I’m a trainer. My job is to get those who hate to exercise realise they can learn to love it, I help those new mums get their body confidence back, I can help you gain strength you never imagined you could have.
My aim is to get fitness to become part of your lifestyle. You don’t need to be a member of a gym, and we certainly don’t need one to get you into amazing shape!
There are no quick fixes, I don’t promote any fad diets, or funny pills. I help you to choose good foods and ways to cut out the crap.
Training with me will be challenging but fun.
